Mill Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Western Dr, West Chicago, Illinois, USA; onsite, second shift from 2:00pm–10:30pm

Salary: USD 21.00–24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate milling equipment safely and effectively to manufacture high-quality printing ink.
• Handle press-out units, pump filter equipment, forklifts, and other production support equipment.
• Package and label products in various containers.
• Clean and maintain equipment according to TPM standards.
• Participate in active projects and TPM activities with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Good math and basic computer skills with strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, exceptional attendance, and flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to collaborate with R&D, production management, scheduling, quality, and preventative maintenance teams.

Nice to have

• Previous ink industry experience.
• Mill or pump filter industry experience.
• Two or more years of related manufacturing experience.
• Autonomous Maintenance experience or forklift experience.
