What you will do
- Provide consultative guidance on ing products and services and open customer accounts.
- Assess customer accounts, transactions, behaviors, and financial objectives to make personalized recommendations.
- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement, follow-up, and financial wellness conversations.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, bank policies, confidentiality requirements, and security procedures.
- Perform daily branch operations, including dual-control processes, opening and closing tasks, technology use, and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of banking and/or retail experience preferred.
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, solve problems, make sound decisions, and manage work effectively.
- Ability to work with on-site equipment and as part of a team.
