Bilingual Spanish Required Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs, recommend hirify.global banking solutions, and support financial wellbeing.
• Build customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through personalized experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems while following banking procedures and managing operational risk.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient execution.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs assessment skills.
