Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Woodhaven, NY 11421, United States; full-time, onsite position

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Assist clients with account questions, problems, complaints, and banking product information.
• Build client relationships, support retention, identify financial needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners when specialist support is appropriate.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Complete moderately complex special projects and train or mentor colleagues on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Strong client relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
