What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and improve financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized service and technology.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk management policies and support accurate, efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be accepted with a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and prioritization skills.
• Spanish speaking is preferred, not required.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
