Project Manager (Hem/Onc)

Location: United States — remote or office-based in Raleigh or Blue Bell. Approximately 30% travel is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and maintain alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Support project and program management delivery while developing team capability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working for a CRO supporting oncology and hematology clinical trials.
• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including managing projects from inception to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

• Radioligand experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
