Project Manager (Oncology)

Location: Remote or office-based in the United States or Canada; up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for clinical research clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Lead cross-functional project leaders, functional teams, and third-party vendors.
• Manage contractual deliverables, project metrics, timelines, quality, scope, and costs.
• Participate in bid defense activities and provide project performance feedback to line managers.
• Analyze and project timelines and financials for senior management and customers.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of functional service areas while managing oncology project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of clinical research experience within a CRO.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a degree in a clinical, science, or health-related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading oncology cellular therapy clinical trials is strongly preferred.
• English fluency is required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Up to 25% travel is required, depending on client needs.
