Customer Service Order Entry Associate

Location: On-site at hirify.global Upholstery in Conover, North Carolina, USA; Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with weekends and overtime as needed.

hirify.global operates a furniture manufacturing environment and provides customer service support for furniture orders.

What you will do

• Print all orders from the system daily.
• Track daily and weekly order totals.
• Oversee and respond to questions about orders.
• Support other Customer Service department functions after cross-training.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience with email, Excel, Word, and similar tools.
• Strong English reading, comprehension, speaking, and writing skills required.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain attention to detail, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation, weekend and overtime availability, and ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• Furniture customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
