Finance Leadership Development Program (m/f/d) - German and English

Location: Germany — Erkrath, with rotations in Münster and Lüneburg; up to 15% travel and geographical flexibility required.

What you will do

• Complete a two-year Finance Leadership Development Program with three eight-month rotations.
• Gain experience in general accounting, cost controlling, commercial finance, and financial planning and analysis.
• Analyze data, support budgeting and forecasting, review profit and loss, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and sales teams across European and US divisions.
• Present learnings and recommendations to business and finance leaders, including the CFO.
• Own tailored projects, improve processes, and build a professional network within hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Spring 2026 graduates are preferred.
• Professional-level German and English, written and spoken, are essential.
• Legal authorization to work in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and financial concepts is beneficial.
