Interim Global Finance/Controlling Business Partner (m/f/d) 10-month fixed-term position

What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner for a global product line within the Advanced Lighting Systems division.
• Support the globally responsible product manager as part of the product line management team.
• Conduct profitability, performance, and ad-hoc analyses and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Own product-line forecasting and budget planning, developing corrective actions when performance deviates from targets.
• Manage and support cross-functional business cases, investment projects, and R&D initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling.
• 10–15 years of controlling experience in an internationally operating manufacturing company.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, SAP FI/CO, and OneStream.
• Strong analytical, initiative-taking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent German and English skills required for collaboration in an international environment.
• Flexibility and resilience when adapting to changing priorities and working under time pressure.
