Finance Manager – Graduate Entry (m/f/d)

Location: Full location flexibility across DACH sites is required, including locations in Germany and Austria; flexible and hybrid work arrangements are available.

Starting salary: €69,000 annually, with yearly performance-based compensation reviews and an annual bonus from the first year.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for key strategic finance initiatives from the first day.
• Support external customer negotiations and develop marketing and sales plans with multifunctional colleagues.
• Improve the efficiency of production and logistics operations.
• Work in potential assignments including brand or product-category finance, customer business development, plant finance, accounting, and internal audit.
• Collaborate with and manage multifunctional teams across regions and organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results, completed before starting.
• Willingness to work at any DACH site listed for the role; full location flexibility across DACH is required.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a drive for leadership and strong interest in finance.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups while demonstrating creativity, innovation, initiative, and sound decision-making.
• Proficiency at minimum C1 level in both German and English, spoken and written.
