What you will do

Combine on-the-job training with classroom education during a three-year dual study program.
Complete an initial one-month internship.
Study national and international accounting, strategic and operational controlling, and tax law at DHBW.
Gain experience in international Freudenberg offices.
Participate in workshops focused on personal qualities and leadership skills.

Requirements

Very good German and a valid work permit for Germany are required.
High school diploma or equivalent university entrance qualification.
Good grades in core subjects, especially mathematics and English.
Interest in business topics.
Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
