TL;DR
Solution Architect III (Azure/cloud architecture): Defining and evolving end-to-end solution architectures for mobile and web applications with an accent on Azure, application integration, microservices, and multi-tier design. Focus on translating product requirements into technical requirements, evaluating architectural alternatives, and removing impediments across multi-team Agile environments.
Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, United States; two days per week in the office

What you will do
- Define the technical and architectural vision for solutions through trade-off analysis and evaluation of alternatives.
- Design end-to-end Azure architectures for mobile and web applications, including components, interfaces, and interactions.
- Evolve solution architecture with application architects and software engineers through research, prototyping, and architecture runway planning.
- Translate product requirements into technical requirements and implementable Agile stories with Product Managers, Product Owners, and engineering teams.
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums, solution demos, and program planning to identify and remove architectural impediments.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, cross-functional teamwork, and full software development life cycle practices.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-tier application architecture, application integration, SOAP, Web API, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience implementing technology, information, data, application, security, or integration architecture.
- Strong communication, prioritization, independent work, and accountability skills in complex multi-team Agile environments.

Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products and mobile application development.
- Experience building public-cloud solutions using IaaS and PaaS.
- Experience with Docker, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development, prompting techniques, and emerging GenAI capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
