What you will do

• Own solutions end to end: discovery, architecture, build, and delivery.
• Design and build integrations and connected systems across MuleSoft, Salesforce, and AI/agentic tooling.
• Work alongside AI agents daily by directing, reviewing, debugging, and hardening AI-generated code.
• Translate ambiguous client problems into clear technical solutions in client-facing discovery.
• Set technical direction for engagements and help evolve team practices, tools, and methods.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation with emphasis on performance, reusability, and sound engineering practice.
• Hands-on integration experience with API-led, event-driven, composable integration across enterprise systems.
• Real hands-on AI practice: use AI and agents to generate, refactor, and debug code; review and harden AI output.
• Security depth across secure coding (OWASP Top 10, authN/authZ, dependency/vulnerability management), infrastructure security (secrets, encryption, least-privilege IAM), and AI/agent data-security judgment.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS or Azure, including compute/serverless, storage, IAM, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep); containers/orchestration a plus.
• Architect-level scope: lead architecture and stack decisions end to end while still building hands-on.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft experience (Anypoint, DataWeave, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric).
• Salesforce experience across major clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ/Revenue, Financial Services Cloud).
• Experience delivering in an AI-native or AI-accelerated environment.
