What you will do
- Manage inbound shipments originating from the Mexico factory and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers.
- Track inbound shipments daily, follow up on pending issues, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Verify freight invoices and maintain accurate operational records.
- Manage carrier performance and coordinate shipment execution.
- Communicate with internal customers, factories, warehouses, carriers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze logistics operations and data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of logistics experience and some experience with international suppliers and carriers.
- Experience with MS Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders with a high level of attention to detail and responsibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software.
- Electronics logistics experience.
