Logistic and Part Coordinator (Wind Power)

Location: United States of America, Texas; regular travel to wind farm sites throughout North America

What you will do

• Coordinate material, spare parts, transfers, returns, and shipment tracking across assigned wind farm sites.
• Conduct physical and cycle inventory counts, analyze variances, and support reconciliation in SAP and other inventory systems.
• Resolve SAP and SRP issues involving COGI errors, purchase orders, goods receipts, and material consumption.
• Train site teams on SAP transactions, inventory processes, and logistics best practices.
• Support inventory optimization, retrofit and campaign validation, NCR creation, and Lean warehouse improvements.
• Collaborate with site operations, warehouse, finance, project management, planning, and materials management teams while maintaining EHS compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational, technical, or associate-level education is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, materials coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work independently in warehouses, remote facilities, and varying climate conditions.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% within North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Lean Six Sigma training or continuous improvement experience.
• Forklift operating experience and familiarity with warehouse equipment.
