Licensed Healthcare Agent

Salary: $19.00 per hour base pay

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focusing on retention, education, and issue resolution.
• Explain coverage options and guide members through appropriate next steps without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Meet expectations for call quality, member engagement, retention, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain regular communication with the supervisor and team.
• Participate in team meetings and training throughout the season.

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• At least one year of Medicare experience.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first approach.
• Comfort working across multiple software systems, with basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States with a qualifying home office setup.
• Availability for a schedule including at least one weekend day during AEP, plus willingness to complete a background check.

Nice to have

• Telesales or contact center experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach.
