Product Operations Associate (AI)

Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States

Salary: US remote $102,000–$138,000 annually with equity; San Francisco $115,472–$156,226 annually with equity; Canada remote CA$92,061–CA$124,553 annually with equity.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape the Communication Agents roadmap.
• Manage the client feedback loop by joining customer calls, triaging issues, identifying real defects, and coordinating follow-up with law firms and Customer Success.
• Write, iterate, and test prompts, scripts, logic, and configurations for AI Communication Agents.
• Define agent inputs, outputs, and escalation paths while shipping improvements with Engineering and Data Science.
• Build and maintain QA rubrics and audit processes, and drive identified fixes through resolution.
• Prepare reporting and handle ad hoc requests from leadership.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Operations, AI Operations, or Technical Program Management.
• Experience owning a product or operational surface end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience prompting and evaluating LLM systems.
• Experience building or running QA or evaluation processes.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into product changes.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to maintain a high quality bar in a fast-moving, non-deterministic environment.
