AI Product Manager

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 base pay annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI agent that manages physical assets, expanding from car insurance and vehicle services into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat ownership.

What you will do

• Own the AI systems layer of a consumer product used by millions of customers.
• Decide which AI capabilities to build next and develop the investment case.
• Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy voice models and workflow automation.
• Prototype emerging technologies such as voicebots and computer-use agents.
• Design evaluation frameworks and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Set the technical direction for chatbot systems and build automations for disputes, communications, and document validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering or forward-deployed engineering, ideally in an early-stage startup.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based systems to production.
• Experience with evaluations, regression handling, latency, cost, and failure management.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable systems.
• Systems-design mindset focused on interfaces, failure modes, and blast radius.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required for full-time salaried employment.
