TL;DR
Product Operations Manager, Member Experience (AI): Connecting the Houston service floor with engineering by evaluating internal tools, prioritizing operational problems, and driving adoption of new workflows and AI capabilities with an accent on frontline research, change management, and measurable member outcomes. Focus on building feedback loops, triaging product issues, defining AI-to-human handoffs, and tracking feature adoption, task completion, handle time, and first-contact resolution.

Location: Must be based in the Houston metro area; hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $134,600–$175,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity opportunities and performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Embed with the Houston service team and build direct relationships with advocates, team leads, and supervisors.
  • Evaluate enabling technologies, define problem severity and timing, and translate frontline issues into actionable engineering requirements.
  • Own triage and prioritization decisions across immediate needs, nice-to-haves, and backlog items.
  • Lead change management through training, floor-level communications, quick-reference materials, and supervisor enablement.
  • Build feedback loops, pilot cohorts, and advocate champion programs to test and iterate on new capabilities.
  • Shape the use of AI in member interactions and track adoption and impact through KPIs such as feature uptake, task completion, handle time, first-contact resolution, advocate confidence, and member outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in product operations, program management, product management, or operations in a technology-enabled environment.
  • Experience supporting internal tools, operational software, or workflow products in a live production environment.
  • Ability to conduct frontline research, prioritize issues, communicate trade-offs, and drive adoption through change management.
  • Systems thinking and strong collaboration skills across engineering, product, service operations, workforce management, quality, compliance, and clinical teams.
  • Must be based in the Houston metro area and work onsite four days per week; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

  • Medicare Advantage or health plan operations experience.
  • Experience with contact center technology such as CRM, case management, telephony, routing, or workforce management.
  • Experience with conversational or voice AI products.
  • SQL or comparable ability to pull and analyze data independently.
