What you will do

• Define product strategy for clients, families, therapists, BCBAs, and care-operations teams.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-offs based on business objectives and user impact.
• Lead product execution with Design, Engineering, Clinical, and operational stakeholders.
• Define product requirements and user stories, then guide their implementation with Engineering and Design.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research, user feedback, platform activity, and operational metrics to guide product decisions.
• Communicate product progress and outcomes to senior leadership, customers, clinicians, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Experience building user-facing products, preferably in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong process and systems thinking, including the ability to untangle complex workflows and edge cases.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and use metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to work remotely; work authorization is electronically verified through E-Verify after accepting an offer.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered automation, LLM-based workflows, or AI-enabled product design.
• Experience with experimentation and iterative product development.
• Background in healthcare operations, ABA therapy, insurance workflows, or regulated service industries.
• Experience with workflow automation, intake tools, or internal-tools design.
