Digital Network Coordinator (AI)

Location: Dallas, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications, with eligibility for an annual bonus program or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Monitor quality assurance dashboards, Salesforce fields, and digital network performance.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to manage checklists, summarize system status, draft escalations, and improve routine operations.
• Troubleshoot network issues, document resolution steps, and escalate unresolved incidents to technical or operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between technical and operations teams to support timely issue resolution.
• Support installations, large-scale digital operations projects, leadership check-ins, and focused efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital operations or a related field, including network monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Active experience using AI tools in digital operations or coordination work, with the ability to discuss measurable impact.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
