What you will do

• Configure and administer licensed software for new and existing customers, including managed services for Admin Pro clients.
• Conduct system reviews to identify optimization opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead advisory sessions and customer interviews to assess workflows and document pain points.
• Elicit and validate business, core mapping, third-party integration, and API requirements.
• Manage ongoing relationships with Admin Pro customers through proactive communication and regular meetings.
• Translate customer requirements into system updates while adhering to SLA and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2–4 years of experience with loan origination or account origination systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
