What you will do

• Develop and implement business plans for the CMF business unit.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales and marketing staff to support high performance and collaboration.
• Manage the unit budget and make cost-effective decisions to achieve financial objectives.
• Monitor performance indicators, evaluate results, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, commercial, medical education, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitors while shaping the future strategy and vision of the business unit.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales and marketing leader delivering results against targets in challenging business environments within the last three years.
• Extensive healthcare-sector experience and knowledge of the orthopaedic and medical device environment.
• Experience leading sales and marketing organizations with a continuous record of success.
• Ability to understand and manage a medical technology product portfolio.
• Strong organizational leadership skills and experience engaging large teams effectively.
