Pre-Sales Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support the Sales team by providing insights, expertise, and tools to master the platform.
• Assess prospect needs and functional alignment with hirify.global's capabilities.
• Lead and contribute to RFP submissions in collaboration with internal experts.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
• Coordinate complex customer onboardings based on specific requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris or the Île-de-France region with the ability to travel for customer meetings.
• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong ability to manage high-level stakeholders and handle complex objections.

Nice to have

• Experience in the French Public Sector.
• Background in HRIS ecosystems or Payroll solutions.
• Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
