Presales Consultant (IaaS)

What you will do

• Engage with potential resellers to understand their needs and identify suitable solutions.
• Support reseller acquisition and collaborate with sales teams to close opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and services through presentations and technical sessions.
• Create customized proposals, solutions, and technical documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and relevant technologies.
• Work closely with Spanish- and French-speaking resellers to deliver effective customer support.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and French.
• Medium-level English for communication with providers and Centers of Excellence.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service solutions.
• Technical background with presales or similar experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• More than three years of experience with cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud or AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
