Revenue Operations Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities, improve sales productivity, and increase operational efficiency.
• Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives for revenue optimization and go-to-market execution.
• Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects across revenue operations.
• Support annual planning, including territory mapping, quota assignment, and headcount and organizational management.
• Drive forecasting rigor and operational excellence across critical go-to-market processes.
• Analyze sales activities and achievements using Salesforce, Tableau, and Clari, and create executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or revenue/sales operations.
• Strong working experience with Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS company, startup environment, or rapidly growing enterprise.
