BIM Manager (Architecture)

Location: Must reside in California for the duration of the project; the role reports to the San Francisco hirify.global office and a nearby client Construction & Design Center.

Salary: $115,752–$165,360 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead BIM planning, execution, coordination, requirements, and deliverables for a major healthcare project.
• Manage BIM, computation, data integration, facilities management requirements, and the Big Room BIM team.
• Develop project execution plans and BIM execution strategies with project partners and leadership.
• Enforce digital delivery standards, model health practices, production standards, technology platforms, and workflows.
• Lead weekly BIM and coordination meetings, resolve troubleshooting requests, and maintain project communications and documentation.
• Evaluate and implement design technologies, workflows, training sessions, workshops, onboarding, and communication plans.

Requirements

• Associate or technical school degree, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of industry experience, including AEC and BIM project experience.
• Strong skills with AutoCAD, Revit 3D modeling, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience preparing drawings and details, leading cross-discipline BIM execution, and managing BIM-related projects.
• Knowledge of architectural design processes, BIM applications, client BIM standards, and integrated whole-building coordination.
• Ability to reside in California throughout the project and work with the San Francisco office and nearby client center.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience with large-scale, complex healthcare projects and an architecture, engineering, or engineering consulting firm.
• Familiarity with Rhino and Dynamo.
• Interest in sustainable design or LEED.
