Sales Center Leader

Location: Sales center-based role in the United States; recurring in-person duties include receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory handling, merchandising support, and travel of 1%–5%.

Salary: $83,400–$108,400 annually, with annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Support the Operational Sales Leader in executing the Direct Store Delivery Excellence Playbook and BBU Way to Operate.
• Engage with frontline sales professionals on ordering, inventory, distribution, merchandising, promotions, and holiday planning.
• Lead efficient receiving, order picking, shipping, point-of-sale material preparation, and inventory control.
• Coach frontline staff on Intelligent Ordering Network best practices and order and distribution planning.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and continuous improvement for frontline teams.
• Maintain food, workplace, fleet, DOT, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Report compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience in operations, customer relations, or sales.
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may substitute.
• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, organization, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.

Nice to have

• Direct Store Delivery, warehouse, distribution, or AS400 experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
