Technical Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Bridge the gap between Sales promises and Engineering capabilities by translating carrier requirements into scoped, sequenced work.
• Drive new carrier launches from kickoff to go-live, managing dependencies, timelines, and risks.
• Build and design product operations processes, including intake workflows and prioritization frameworks.
• Translate carrier-speak into engineering requirements and vice versa to ensure alignment.
• Identify recurring patterns across carrier projects to drive platform-level fixes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using TPM mechanics like RAID logs and dependency mapping.

Requirements

• Must have real product ops or TPM experience in a B2B SaaS or platform environment with external clients.
• Ability to understand system architecture well enough to scope honestly and push back on both sides.
• Strong influence-based leadership skills to align Engineering and Client Engagement teams.
• Appetite for ownership beyond the immediate job title with a desire to grow into long-term product ownership.
• Ability to balance speed with rigor in project execution.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (inferred from 401k/US benefits).
