Forward Deployment Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define technical success and strategy for the most complex enterprise accounts.
• Lead a squad of engineers to deploy solutions directly within customer environments.
• Decide whether to commit to specific custom builds or refuse work that does not align with platform goals.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders including CIOs and CHROs to clear technical gates.
• Prototype new features using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Replit to validate solutions before full engineering involvement.
• Graduate successful custom engagements into core platform capabilities via a monthly board.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed roles.
• Proven track record of managing seven or eight-figure enterprise accounts.
• Strong technical depth: ability to read API documentation, reason about data pipelines, and configure LLM guardrails.
• Experience in B2B2C environments, balancing enterprise buyer needs with end-user requirements.
• Must be able to commit to a hybrid schedule (at least two days per week or eight days per month) in one of our hubs: Austin, NYC, San Francisco, Washington DC metro, London, or Amsterdam.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to deliver difficult news and manage high-stakes relationships.
