Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States; in-person at the SF office on Mondays and Thursdays, remote the rest of the week.

Salary: $200,000–$270,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Family Finding & Engagement module.
• Translate the needs of family-finding specialists, social workers, supervisors, and kin caregivers into a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap.
• Drive metrics including kinship placement rates, connections identified per child, time to first relative contact, outreach response rates, and placement stability.
• Identify applications of AI for inferring relationships from unstructured records, surfacing connections in case notes, drafting and translating outreach, and prioritizing leads.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools such as Claude, Figma, Cursor, and v0, and test concepts with users.
• Conduct user research with social workers and kin caregivers while scaling the product for private agencies and large state systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS company.
• Experience scaling products from early growth to category-defining solutions.
• AI-native working style, including daily use of tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 and sound judgment about LLMs and agentic patterns in high-stakes workflows.
• Deep experience with user research and converting insights into product updates.
• Ability to work across UX, design, prompt engineering, and project management as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication across executive, agency, social-worker, and caregiver audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software.
• Experience in high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
