Product Operations Manager II (SaaS)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions with strategic enterprise and franchise partners to understand business requirements and technical needs.
• Lead partner calls and product demonstrations, surface constraints, and build confidence in proposed solutions.
• Own gap analyses, product scopes, requirements, prototypes, and partner feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Support API integrations and complex enterprise technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering.
• Partner with Legal, Business Development, and Product on Statements of Work, product exhibits, and feature prioritization.
• Validate prototypes and early builds, manage escalations, and optimize request backlogs and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical account management, customer success, or product management.
• Experience conducting discovery with enterprise or multi-location customers and translating findings into structured requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise software integrations, API solutions, and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise operations.
• Experience with product management and project tracking tools such as Jira Product Discovery and Confluence.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve workflows and execution; willingness to travel approximately 15–20% annually.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
