What you will do

• Develop and apply basic process-plant skills while working with senior technicians and completing training tasks.
• Learn plant operations, processes, equipment, and site-specific action plans.
• Participate in incident investigations, reporting, document retrieval, and work-order processes using Intelex.
• Verify that contractors, vendors, guests, and visitors complete required site training and documentation.
• Coordinate with product scheduling teams to support customer requirements, deliveries, and accurate reporting.
• Follow and promote company safety, HSEQ, qualification, training, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, cGMP, MOC, PPSR, and company safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Two to five years of experience in an industrial facility.
• Experience working with cryogenics.
