Lead, HR Business Partner

Location: Bedford and Franklin, Massachusetts, United States; onsite support for manufacturing and office-based employees across a 24/7 shift schedule

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience

What you will do

• Translate business strategy into data-driven people priorities supporting site performance, workforce expansion, and sustainable growth.
• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for employees and leaders at the Bedford and Franklin sites.
• Advise leaders on performance management, feedback, conflict resolution, corrective action, policy application, and difficult employee conversations.
• Lead sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations, ensuring thorough, objective, consistent, and well-documented processes.
• Drive change management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent, and leadership development initiatives during rapid growth.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and peer HR teams to deliver scalable programs across a complex matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive, employee-facing HR experience, including HR business partner or senior HR generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Experience influencing leaders across functions, business units, and reporting lines in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including independently leading sensitive and complex workplace investigations.
• Exceptional judgment, communication skills, executive presence, discretion, and ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support a 24/7 manufacturing workforce; immigration-related sponsorship is not available.
