Regional After Sales Support & Training Manager - NW (HVAC)

Location: Remote in the Northwestern U.S.; must live in Washington or Oregon. Travel up to 30% within the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Provide regional after-sales technical support for hirify.global HVAC products to distributors, contractors, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Answer technical support calls and deliver troubleshooting guidance for installation, startup, service, controls, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Deliver in-person, remote, and classroom-based training on unitary, ductless, packaged, rooftop, inverter, and VRF systems.
• Assist with on-site startup, troubleshooting, and quality assurance testing, primarily for single-phase inverter-based products.
• Partner with distributors and contractors to improve installation quality, product knowledge, troubleshooting capability, and customer satisfaction.
• Document field issues and training needs, and help develop service, installation, troubleshooting, and training content for support tools and customer resources.

Requirements

• Associate degree or HVAC-related technical certification required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of in-field product support experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on HVAC technical training.
• Ability to provide in-person and online technical support and training.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent-work skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
