Regional Technical Support Specialist (Pool Systems)

Location: Hybrid position based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime when needed.

Compensation: $28.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and achievements.

What you will do

• Provide phone-based technical support for pool pumps, heaters, filters, and automation systems.
• Guide customers through equipment diagnosis and resolution while explaining technical information clearly.
• Assess when on-site service is required and coordinate complex cases with field technicians.
• Maintain detailed call logs and service records to track issues through resolution.
• Answer product usage questions and advise on maintenance, installation, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and field support to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, preferably with pool systems, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and phone-based troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to assess complex situations and determine appropriate next steps.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
