Technical Support Engineer (Electronics)

What you will do

• Develop and implement technical sales account penetration strategies for new products and technologies.
• Understand customer requirements, product technologies, competition, and design cycles.
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts.
• Identify system-level and component-level design requirements and collaborate with design, production, and engineering teams on technical strategies.
• Track design opportunities from concept to production and coordinate supplier resources.
• Provide application and product-level training, create technical sales tools, and advise customers, sales teams, and vendors on products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in technical support.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions for defined tasks and projects.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, relationship-building, and cross-team collaboration skills.
