TL;DR
Developer (Java/PHP/AWS): Developing and maintaining interactive web, video, multimedia training products, SharePoint solutions, websites, and related applications with an accent on full lifecycle software development, interface design, testing, and AWS infrastructure security. What you will do
- Support the full lifecycle development of interactive web, video, and multimedia training products.
- Research products, program and author content, design interfaces, test solutions, and perform quality control.
- Develop and maintain web-based training, SharePoint solutions, websites, multimedia applications, video productions, graphic design, and print products.
- Configure, implement, and maintain enterprise application auditing, MFA using OAuth, and role-based access control solutions.
- Develop and support automation and orchestration processes for IAM services.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- At least 10 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering are required.
- Experience with Linux, AWS infrastructure security, S3, EC2, Apache Web Server, and Apache Tomcat.
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, Bash scripting, and VS Code.
- Understanding of IAM governance frameworks, RBAC, group policy management, and privileged access management tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and teach non-technical users to navigate GitHub, Linux-based operating systems, and AWS services.
Nice to have
- Migration of on-premises services to AWS using migration tools.
- Maintenance of Java and PHP applications on Windows.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle and AWS Secrets Manager.
- At least three years contributing to software development projects within the intelligence community.
