Location: USA - Remote; occasional time spent on a hirify.global campus is required

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and maintain internal applications with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Support integrations using APIs, relational databases, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
• Develop, deploy, maintain, and monitor AI agents with Copilot Studio and enterprise data sources.
• Identify intelligent automation opportunities using conversational AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous decision-making.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value.
• Create automated test cases and document application logic, workflows, and support procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant internship or work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, third-party APIs, and Azure services.
• Familiarity with Agile software development, data modeling, and database structures.
• Familiarity with AI agent development, natural language processing, machine learning, and enterprise-system integration.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
