Relationship Manager I - Public Finance

Location: Dallas, TX - Uptown

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial banking customers.
• Reach and maintain the target portfolio size within the specified timeframe.
• Contact prospects who may be profitable for the bank.
• Coordinate loan requests with Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center.
• Monitor the assigned loan portfolio for deterioration in repayment ability.
• Advise, teach, and train associate relationship managers on customer service.

Requirements

• Formal credit training or 2–3 years of lending experience.
• Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Completion of at least six hours of accounting coursework.
