What you will do
- Support the Managing Director of Business Credit in overseeing business credit activities and managing an assigned lending portfolio.
- Lead customer relationship development and coordinate customer service and sales efforts.
- Review market research to identify customer needs, market potential, and competitive strategies.
- Approve or reject loans within delegated lending authority while maintaining credit quality and the Bank's credit culture.
- Assist with commercial loan structuring, loan fees, profitability goals, and related lending activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, administer applicable personnel policies, and monitor business risks and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of professional experience required.
- Proficiency in commercial and retail lending, leadership services, and the credit process from application through documentation.
- Excellent management, communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and job-related software, including basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
