What you will do
- Develop, manage, and maintain business banking relationships.
- Build and administer a portfolio of commercial loans.
- Analyze customers’ financial condition, creditworthiness, collateral, and ability to repay.
- Monitor loan performance, maintain borrower contact, and resolve repayment or collateral issues.
- Promote the bank through community development activities and service organizations.
- Manage daily risks, follow regulatory requirements, and complete related projects.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree.
- At least 1 year of experience, including experience in commercial or business banking.
- Knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of job-related software, including basic MS Word and PowerPoint and intermediate MS Excel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
