Relationship Analyst Commercial Real Estate/Homebuilder Finance

Salary: $62,039.25–$94,435.00 per year

What you will do

• Support senior directors, relationship managers, and portfolio managers across commercial real estate and homebuilder finance.
• Administer commercial sales transactions, prepare documentation, and coordinate loan closings with legal firms, operations, internal teams, and clients.
• Produce and maintain portfolio metrics, loan projections, pipeline validation, and related recommendations.
• Manage loan exceptions, past-due mitigation, financial statement follow-up, borrowing base reports, insurance updates, and compliance documentation.
• Resolve client and relationship manager questions, including payoff requests, lien releases, subordinations, and technical issues.
• Coordinate post-closing account setup and client service activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in commercial or commercial real estate lending processing, closing, or customer support.
• Experience with commercial or CRE lending legal and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and banking internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges, work under minimal supervision, and use Microsoft Office applications.
