What you will do
- Support underwriting, relationship management, and commercial banking product activities under supervision.
- Analyze client information and develop or execute banking solutions, including taking transactions from request to booking.
- Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Gather information from internal and external clients, support relationship expansion, and identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare offerings and scorecards and provide recommendations on client service and product inquiries.
- Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and formal learning focused on credit, products, and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
- Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk in accordance with internal credit policies.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
