Relationship Banker

Location: Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, United States; may require work at various locations within the market.

What you will do

• Perform consumer banking transactions, account servicing, lending support, and routine teller operations.
• Greet customers, identify service and product needs, and recommend or cross-sell banking products.
• Execute branch leads, conduct outbound calling, and achieve weekly sales and referral goals.
• Incorporate digital banking products and services into customer interactions.
• Complete the lifecycle of new and existing customer relationships and maintain accurate referral and applicant data.
• Identify, report, and manage operational risks while following regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• No minimum years of job-related experience required; experience in a related position is relevant.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, including basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services, plus sales and customer service skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided. A Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier is preferred and will be required.
