Maintenance Technician - Rancho Cordova

Location: On-site in Rancho Cordova, California, United States; required in the office 5 days per week.

Salary: $25.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on location and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Maintain a site consisting of five buildings and a warehouse.
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, door hardware, and automated building systems.
• Respond to employee and customer needs submitted through work orders and complete equipment repairs.
• Manage and partner with service vendors to ensure timely, high-quality building services.
• Build and reconfigure modular cubicles and assist with warehouse box retrieval.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant facilities and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building HVAC systems and components.
• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of fire and security safety controls is preferred but not required.
• Customer-service attitude and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
