Financial Relationship Banker (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Evanston, Illinois, United States; office-based

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 hourly, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build, retain, and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and follow up with new and existing customers.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, internal partners, and other sales channels.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with online and mobile banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
