Relationship Banker (Financial Services)

Location: Summerdale Branch, Enola, Pennsylvania, United States; branch hours may include evenings and weekends.

Annual base pay: $38,250–$61,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to achieve or exceed branch sales targets.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Educate customers about digital banking tools and self-service options across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Follow regulatory and internal risk and fraud controls while collaborating with branch teams and supporting nearby branches when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or at least 12 months of retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or qualifying hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, consultative, influence, and sales skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and computers, along with basic math skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent professional background.
