Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead all production activities on an assigned shift and supervise 15–20 union production operators.
• Set expectations, coach employees, assign work, and maintain accountability for performance and behaviors.
• Coordinate shift kickoffs, KPI reviews, production priorities, sanitation, deviations, maintenance, and handoffs.
• Monitor safety, quality, yield, throughput, GMP, food safety, environmental, and cost standards.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and preventative or corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage staffing coverage, overtime, inventory coordination, production reporting, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Davenport, Iowa, United States.
• External applicants must currently be eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; secondary education is a plus.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar production supervision position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
